Connect with others

in the Worldwide-Network

Do you want to exchange experiences about life in Germany? Are you looking for a place to stay in Chile? Or do you want to share your experiences from your volunteer service in Uganda? Then the Worldwide-Network (WWN), the community’s social network, is the perfect place for you! In the Member Map, you can find current and former volunteers near you and filter by host country or couchsurfing hosts. This allows you to connect with volunteers from all over the world, share ideas, and form groups. In the WWN, you’ll find former volunteers from all over the world. Connect, share your ideas, or start a group – be part of it!

Regional networking

On WhatsApp, you can easily connect with other alumni and join a regional group in your area. By doing so, you can meet fellow alumni, exchange ideas, and collaborate on local or regional projects. You'll also stay up to date on the latest news from the weltwärts community. There are already WhatsApp groups for Berlin, NRW, Niedersachsen, Sachsen, Bayern, BaWü, Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen, and a group for (former) South-North volunteers. You don’t see your region listed? Then start a new group! The goal of the community is to engage all interested alumni globally. We’d be happy to invite you to a WhatsApp group or help you create a new subgroup!
